Es el álbum debut de la banda estadounidense de rock alternativo Switchfoot. Fue lanzado el 17 de junio de 1997 bajo el sello independiente re: pensar Records, que fue distribuido por Sparrow Records.El álbum se titula después de la mejor amiga de la escuela de Jon Foreman, Willis Chin,cuyas fotos y fecha de nacimiento están impresos en el libreto del álbum.

La canción "Only Hope" fue incluida en la película A Walk To Remember y los temas "New Way to Be Human," "Something More (Confesión de Agustín)" y "I Turn Todo Over" recibió juego sustancial en la radio cristiana.
